Polaris is the guiding star in the northern constellation of Ursa Minor, which we all know commonly as the North Star. We created an espresso blend that is much like the guiding light, but for coffee. This unique blend boasts flavors of caramel, chocolate, and almonds, which makes for a great combo in lattes or even as a pour-over. This is considered our best everyday drinker!
