When will my coffee be roasted and shipped?

We roast all orders on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed by 3pm on Sunday will be roasted the same day and shipped out within the week. Shipping and processing times may vary.

DOMESTIC

We ship via United States Postal Service. We are experiencing major delays with orders shipped to the East Coast. Please allow 7-14 days after placing the order for the shipment arrival date. This is subject to change based on holidays and occasions when shipping services are unavailable or delayed.

INTERNATIONAL

We do not fulfill international orders due to the nature of our product and our commitment to the quality of our coffee beans.

Do you accept returns?

We are very sorry, but since our coffee beans are made to order, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been shipped. We are committed to the quality of our coffee and cannot accept returns after they have left our local roastery.
